At Vidhya Saarthi Kart, we value the trust of parents and students. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all users of our online courses.


1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are available only for new course enrollments within the first [X days – e.g., 7 days] of purchase.

  • If a student has already attended more than 2 live sessions or accessed more than 20% of course content, the course becomes non-refundable.

  • Trial/demo classes are non-refundable but may be adjusted against enrollment fees.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time registration fees (if applicable).

  • Downloadable materials, e-books, or digital resources.

  • Subscription-based services after the first billing cycle.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Parents may cancel enrollment by contacting our support team at least 24 hours before the next scheduled class.

  • If canceled within the eligible refund period, the refund will be processed as per this policy.


4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email us at support@vidhyasaarthikart.com with your enrollment details.

  • Once verified, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.


5. Course Rescheduling & Transfers

  • Instead of a refund, parents may choose to reschedule classes or transfer the course to another child (with prior approval).


6. Company Rights

Vidhya Saarthi Kart reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
